The organizing committee of the Global Conference on Interdisciplinary Research (GCIR 2025) is pleased to announce that submissions are now open. This year’s conference will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, and will gather scholars, practitioners, and innovators from across the globe.
GCIR welcomes papers that cross disciplinary boundaries, bringing together insights from the sciences, arts, humanities, and professional fields. Suggested themes include sustainable futures, digital ethics, public health challenges, and the role of creativity in problem-solving. Interdisciplinary approaches are strongly encouraged, and early-career researchers are especially invited to contribute.
Accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings and selected submissions will be fast-tracked for consideration in affiliated journals. The submission deadline is December 15, 2025, with notifications of acceptance sent by mid-February 2026. Scholars interested in networking, presenting their work, or simply engaging with global perspectives are encouraged to apply.
